The final product is a perfect balance of pink grapefruit, fresh green habanero, onion, garlic, and cilantro. The balance of the sauce makes it perfect for poultry, meats and finally for a Paella. This product is a full dedication to my grandmother from my mother’s side, Maria Mendoza Gutierrez. I have a lot of great memories of you. Pink grapefruit represents all the times you pulled my ears with so much love just to show me your love for me. I do occasionally pay you a visit to the cemetery, just to let you know that you are always in my mind and soul. I do know that you are my guardian angel in heaven. Love you Grandma. Robert!!!!!!
